Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Occupational Health
Schedule

Monday–Friday

7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

No nights, weekends, or hospital call

Average volume: 20–25 patients per day
Position Overview
Join a fast-paced occupational health clinic with a streamlined onboarding process (non-hospital setting). This role focuses on workplace health, injury care, and compliance exams.
Responsibilities

Perform pre-placement and employment physical examinations
-
Conduct return-to-work and fit-for-duty evaluations
-
Assess and manage work-related injuries (initial and follow-up visits)

Order and interpret diagnostic X-rays and laboratory tests

Provide medical surveillance and exposure evaluations with follow-ups
-
Conduct health screenings and for-cause substance testing
-
Collaborate with physicians, APNs, and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
-
Active New Jersey NP or PA license
-
DOT Certification
-
Active DEA and CDS licenses
-
Comfortable managing Workers’ Compensation cases
