Opportunity: PERM NP/PA Occupational Health-Primary Adult Care provider needed ASAP!
*Start date - ASAP
*Monday – Friday, every other Saturday is required.
*Hours per week: 36/hr week
*Shift is 630am-630pm
*Working with CMA/Nurse and/or EMT
*Mainly Occ Health with some adult primary care
Annual Salary - Fully Benefits eligible, CME 40 hours annually, $2,200 Annually for licensure and education reimbursement
