Location: Flagstaff, AZ.
Patients per day: 7-15
• Patient population/age: 0-18 yrs, picu and pediatrics
• Department description: Ped and PICU
• EMR: Cerner
• Skills required: perform intubations, central lines, art lines, and LPs. We are an adult level one trauma center for the state and therefore get a lot of pediatric traumas, some of which include neurosurgery patients.
No ecmo, crrt, or transplant.
Shift: Standard 1, Day (24 Hours) 7:00 - 7:00
Block Schedules: No
Schedule Details: Nov 2 or Nov 3 7am-7am inhouse

Submission Requirements:
- Resume/CV (No Gaps for more than 30 days).
- A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation and must be pulled within the same month as the submission. - [REQUIRED].
- Board Certification.
- Active AZ license.
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP and DEA.
- Clean MP/background.
