Locum - Neurology - NP / PA

Job Title: Locum NP/PA - Neurology in Prescott, AZ

Join a dynamic team at a modern facility in Prescott, Arizona, providing exceptional care in the Neurology clinic. The facility, only six years old, is set in a picturesque location offering beautiful views and a growing community. We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to support our dedicated staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consult patients and establish care plans.
• Perform required procedures including Botox for migraines and EMGs, if credentialed.
• Read EEGs and document findings in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Manage patient flow and collaborate with medical assistants for optimal care.
• Work Monday to Friday, with specific admin hours on Fridays.
• Handle patient overflow and maintain a smooth operation within the clinic setting.

Qualifications:

• AANP or ANCC Certified (if NP) - REQUIRED
• NCCPA Certified (if PA) - REQUIRED
• AZ License or compact with Letter of Qualification - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications - HIGHLY PREFERRED (must be willing to obtain during credentialing)
• Active DEA - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Clean medical practice history/background - REQUIRED
• Availability for multiple shifts from Dec 7 to Feb 26, 2027 - REQUIRED
• Ability to disclose number of shifts per month to be considered - REQUIRED

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active Arizona state license or compact license.
• AANP or ANCC certification for NPs.
• NCCPA certification for PAs.
• Active ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications are preferred.
