Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 (Based on Experience)
Performance Bonus: Up to 40% of Annual Base Salary
Schedule: Full-Time
Patient Volume: Average of 16–21 patients per day
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with Neurology experience to join a growing, patient-centered neurology practice in New Braunfels, Texas. This is an outstanding opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about providing comprehensive neurological care while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will have experience evaluating and managing patients with a wide range of neurological disorders and will thrive in a collaborative outpatient environment focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with acute and chronic neurological conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including laboratory testing and neuroimaging when appropriate.
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness and patient response.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, disease progression, and preventive care.
• Collaborate closely with neurologists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support practice growth.

• Peripheral neuropathy

• Sleep-related neurological conditions
Qualifications
• Current Texas Nurse Practitioner license (or eligible for licensure).
• National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC).
• DEA license (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum of 2 years of Neurology experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
