- Multiple openings: Outpatient, Memory Care, Pediatric, and Acute Care (ICU/Step-down) roles
- $155K–$175K base salary + $20K sign-on bonus (experience-based) with quality incentives
- Flexible schedules: M–F outpatient (option for 4x10s) and block/rotating shifts for acute care
- Manage ~18 patients/day in outpatient roles with strong physician collaboration
