Job Description
NorTek Medical Staffing is partnering with a growing, patient-centered neurology practice seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their expanding team across Oklahoma City and Ardmore, OK.
This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking to build or grow a career in neurology within a supportive, team-oriented environment. With strong mentorship and hands-on training, this role is ideal for both experienced providers and new graduates eager to specialize.

Job Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and physical exams
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Educate patients and families on neurological conditions and care plans
Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including imaging
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner license (or eligibility) in Oklahoma
Strong understanding of patient care practices and clinical workflows
Familiarity with diagnostic imaging and medical terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
New graduates encouraged to apply – training provided
Working Hours
Full-Time, In-Person
Monday – Friday (standard clinic hours)
No hospital call
Consistent outpatient schedule with strong work-life balance
Skills
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills in an outpatient setting
Ability to interpret diagnostic imaging and neurological testing
Excellent patient communication and education skills
Proficiency in EMR and accurate clinical documentation
Ability to work independently while collaborating with care teams
Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making abilities
Adaptability and willingness to learn (neurology training provided)
