We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Neurology team in Fort Wayne, IN!

Position Details:

• Full-time, Day Shift
  • Schedule varies slightly based on clinic vs. inpatient days
    • Clinic; Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
    • Hospital rounding starts at 7:00am
  • No weekends or holidays
• Practice with experienced providers, including Advanced Practice Providers, Neurologists and Neurosurgeons
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Opportunity to perform Neurological procedures

Qualifications:

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Must be licensed or license eligible in Indiana
• ACNP, FNP or PA certification required
• Neurosurgery or Neurology experience preferred
  • Open to new graduates with a completed a neurology clinical rotation or RN experience
• Ideal candidates have strong critical thinking and communication skills

Hospital Overview

Delivering on our vision to make Indiana one of the nation’s healthiest states, Indiana University Health expanded into the northeast Indiana market in 2018.
