Position Details
- Evaluate and manage patients
- Monitor kidney function, lab results, hypertension, fluid balance, etc. and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
- Coordinate care for patients with advanced kidney disease and those receiving dialysis, while providing education on kidney health, medications, and disease progression.
