• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NP/PA to join a growing nephrology team in the Bronx, NY
• The provider will work closely with physicians to deliver high-quality care to patients with kidney-related conditions
• This role focuses on managing chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and related disorders in an outpatient setting
• Ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to improving patient outcomes

Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney conditions
• Monitor patients with CKD, ESRD, and hypertension
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team for treatment planning
• Educate patients on disease management, diet, and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Qualifications
• Active New York NP or PA license
• Board certification as NP or PA
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in nephrology or internal medicine preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge of kidney-related diseases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Hours
• Day shift (no nights)
• No or minimal on-call responsibilities
Skills
• Knowledge of nephrology treatments and protocols
• EMR/EHR proficiency
• Team collaboration and patient-centered approach
• Time management and organizational skills
