• We are seeking a dedicated Nephrology Nurse Practitioner to provide kidney care services across multiple locations in Arizona.
• The role focuses on managing chronic kidney disease and related conditions in a collaborative clinical environment.
• Compensation and specific site details will be discussed directly with the client.

Job Responsibilities
• Monitor and treat chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and electrolyte imbalances
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with nephrologists and healthcare teams
Qualifications
• Experience in nephrology, internal medicine, or primary care preferred
• Strong clinical and patient management skills
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccination may be required
