Opportunity: NP/PA - Nephrology
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established nephrology team that provides comprehensive care across clinic, hospital, and dialysis settings. You'll be part of a collaborative team of 3 APPs and 4 MDs delivering specialized renal care to patients throughout the region.
Job Details:
- Full-time position (1.0 FTE) with M-F 8-5 schedule
- 70% clinic work and 30% hospital duties, including dialysis rounding
- Provide care utilizing a strong team-based approach across all 3 phases of nephrology care
- Manage 8-12 office patients and 10-15 patients on outreach and dialysis days
- Variable start and end times due to travel requirements
- Ideal candidate can live in Duluth area, Ashland, Hayward, WI, or Virginia, MN as travel is involved
- Experience in complex chronic disease management preferred
- Requires current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Minnesota & Wisconsin
- Must have current CPR certification and national certification in applicable area
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program required
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
