• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a 35-bed Level III NICU.
• Manage a high-acuity neonatal population with an average daily census of approximately 25–29 infants.
• Deliver advanced neonatal interventions, including high-frequency ventilation and therapeutic hypothermia.
• Participate in well-baby rounding two weeks per month in collaboration with a Family Medicine Residency Program.
• Participate in an every-other-night call schedule during service weeks.
• Collaborate with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, Neonatologists, and pediatric subspecialists to support continuous patient care.
• Provide family-centered care in a collaborative, academically supported regional referral setting.
