This exciting 13-week Neonatal Nurse Practitioner locum tenens opportunity offers flexible scheduling options for full-time and part-time clinicians, with a strong possibility of extension through the end of the year. Job Responsibilities
• Provide delivery room coverage and neonatal support.
• Assist physicians with admissions, orders, and clinical procedures during night shifts.
• Perform required procedures, including intubations, umbilical lines, PICC lines, arterial sticks, lumbar punctures, and chest tubes.
• Support fluid management and other neonatal interventions as needed.
Qualifications
• NCC certification required.
• Active New York State license required.
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required.
• Experience with the required neonatal procedures and Level IV NICU care.
Working Hours
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks, with a strong possibility of extension through year-end.
• Part-Time Availability: Minimum of 6–7 shifts per month.
• Call: None.
• Credentialing: Approximately 60–90 days; temporary privileges are not available.
