Twelve shifts a month. That's the deal — roughly 18 days off every month. Join the Pediatrix & Obstetrix neonatal team covering four Level II NICUs across the Oklahoma City metro (Lakeside, Southwest, Canadian Valley, Edmond), collaborating with neonatologists on impactful newborn care. A mix of 12- and 24-hour shifts (in-house and on-call, with home call on off shifts), plus optional 4-hour newborn nursery shifts. New fellows are encouraged to apply — this is an outstanding first-attending-style role for work-life balance.
Requirements: NNP; must live locally (relocation considered).
