CaroMont Regional Medical Center's 16-bed Level-III NICU in Gastonia — an award-winning hospital 20 minutes from uptown Charlotte — seeks an experienced full-time NNP to join 2 neonatologists and 5–6 NNPs. Around 320 NICU admissions and 1,900 births a year, average census of 10: enough acuity to stay sharp, enough intimacy to know every baby's story. NNPs cover 20 hours a day plus nursery, with neonatologists in-house days and on backup at night.
Requirements: NNP board certification and 2+ years of current experience required.
