Autonomy, variety, and Florida with no state income tax. Join a collaborative neonatal team covering four Jacksonville hospitals (two in the St. Vincent's system, two HCA) — Level II NICUs and normal newborn nurseries, assigned to one health system. You'll attend deliveries (no transport), work a balanced mix of 16–24-hour shifts, and practice with real independence backed by 6 neonatologists and 16 advanced practice providers in a collegial, high-trust environment.
The role: neonatal care across Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries with in-house and on-call neonatologist backup.
Requirements: experienced NNP only; must live locally (relocation considered).
