For NNPs who want the highest acuity in South Florida. Join the region's premier neonatal team covering a large Level IV NICU — very high acuity — plus two additional hospitals in the system (all within 20–30 minutes of each other). Full-time NNPs rotate across the three sites: 24-hour shifts in the Level III units, and 10/12-hour days and 12/16-hour nights in the Level IV. If you're an experienced NNP who thrives on complex cases, this is your unit.
Requirements: NNP board certification and 2+ years of current NNP experience required. Not open to new graduates.
