Join Arizona's largest neonatal team and write your own schedule. Arizona Neonatology — 24 neonatologists and 38 NNPs strong — covers three Level III–IV NICUs tied to high-risk delivery services (expanding to six Level II special care nurseries). You'll collaborate with neonatologists on deliveries and NICU care, work a flexible mix of 12- and 24-hour shifts, and never do transport. Big-team resources, real schedule flexibility, and the Phoenix metro lifestyle.
Requirements: NNP board certification required; 2+ years strongly preferred.
