High-acuity NICU work with a coastal Florida lifestyle. HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital’s 28-bed Level III NICU (average census ~19, ~2,700 deliveries a year) runs a true in-house NNP model with 24/7 coverage — you’ll round daily, attend high-risk deliveries, perform neonatal resuscitation, and work procedures to your competency, backed by neonatologists, full pediatric subspecialty support, and a dedicated neonatal transport team. Flexible 24-hour shift scheduling. When you’re off, you’re minutes from Gulf Coast beaches.
The role: advanced neonatal care in a collaborative, high-volume Level III unit.
Requirements: experienced NNP preferred; must live locally (relocation considered). Not open to new graduates for this one.
