Position Overview

• Schedule: 24-hour in-house shifts

Qualifications & Certification

• NNP-BC required

• Strong clinical skills in neonatal care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for caring for newborns and supporting families

• Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based medicine

Clinical Setting

• Level III NICU

• 25–30 bed unit

• Average daily census: 8–10 patients

• 24-hour in-house coverage

• Collaborative team of neonatologists, physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU

• Participate in delivery attendance and neonatal resuscitation as needed

• Collaborate with neonatologists, physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

• Communicate with families regarding care plans and patient progress

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care
