Specialty: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
Schedule: 24-hour in-house shifts
Setting: Level III NICU
Facility: 22-bed NICU with private rooms
Census: Approximately 20 NICU/newborn patients daily
Volume: Approximately 1,700 deliveries annually
Support: On-site pediatric cardiology and subspecialty support
Advanced Care: HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, therapeutic hypothermia
Credentialing: Will wait for Virginia license
