What You?ll Champion:

• Join our Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) team at York Hospital, supporting a high?acuity, 44?bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Central Pennsylvania.
• Qualified candidates include NNPs and Physician Assistants with successful completion of a post-graduate Neonatology residency program, Neonatology fellowship program, or a minimum of two years of NICU experience
• 24?hour call shifts, averaging approximately 13 shifts per 8?week schedule
• Shift options include 7:00 a.m.?7:00 a.m.�
• Collaborate with a highly experienced team of 5 Neonatologists and 8 full?time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
• Enjoy a high level of clinical autonomy with full neonatology physician support
• Provide care for ELGAN and critically ill neonates
• State?of?the?art neonatal technology, including jet ventilators and oscillator ventilators
• Dedicated in?unit lactation consultants, respiratory therapists, and clinical pharmacists
• Multidisciplinary specialty support from Pediatric Surgery (Johns Hopkins), Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Ophthalmology
