Exciting opportunities for Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join Level III NICU teams across multiple states within a growing national medical group.

Millennium Medical Group offers NNPs the opportunity to practice in collaborative, team-based neonatal environments focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care for medically complex newborns and their families.

These roles provide exposure to a variety of NICU practice settings depending on location, with strong physician collaboration and an emphasis on clinical excellence and teamwork.

What You Will Do

As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will:

· Provide care for premature and critically ill newborns in Level III NICU settings

· Perform stabilization and management of high-risk infants

· Participate in delivery attendance and neonatal resuscitation (site dependent)

· Collaborate closely with neonatologists, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams

· Work scheduled 24-hour shifts, averaging approximately 7 shifts per month depending on location

· Participate in rotating schedules that support both patient care and work-life balance
