Neonatal Nurse Practitioner – Level II NICUs – Oklahoma City, OK

• Start Date: Immediate or upon agreement
• Duration: Permanent, full-time role
• Shift: Approximately 12 shifts/month, including 12-hour, 24-hour in-house and on-call shifts, plus optional nursery coverage shifts
• Hours/Week: 36-40 hours/week

• Provide neonatal and newborn care in four Level II NICUs across Oklahoma City.
• Collaborate with Neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop & implement care plans.
• Manage acute neonatal issues, assist with procedures, and monitor patient progress.
• Cover shifts in the NICU and additional nursery shifts at Lakeside.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and family education.

Required:

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
• Residency within the immediate local area (relocation may be required)
• Experience working in neonatal intensive care
• Valid state license (or eligibility to obtain one) in Oklahoma

Preferred:

• Previous experience in Level II NICU settings
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
