• Locum Neonatal Nurse Practitioner opportunity at - Ontario
• 49-bed not-for-profit acute care hospital
• Level IV Trauma Center
• Level II NICU coverage
• 24-hour call coverage with rounding
• EMR: EPIC
• 90-day credentialing timeframe
• Ongoing locum need with potential extension
• 49-bed not-for-profit acute care hospital
• Level IV Trauma Center
• Level II NICU coverage
• 24-hour call coverage with rounding

Qualifications
• Active Oregon License – HIGHLY PREFERRED (in hand prioritized)
• Must cover July 16 (8a) – July 19 (8a) – REQUIRED
• NPDB (within last 30 days) – REQUIRED at presentation
• Neonatal procedural competency (intubation, UVC placement)
• Ability to commit to 24-hour call model
• DEA required
Working Hours
• Initial required block: July 16 (8a) – July 19 (8a) (72-hour block)
• Optional extension: July 19 (8a) – July 24 (8a)
• Weekend coverage as scheduled
