• Full-time permanent placement opportunity
• Inpatient Level III NICU setting
• Physician-led, team-based practice model
• Structured, collaborative environment (not autonomous practice)
• Accepting experienced providers and new graduates (truly board eligible)
• 3–4 month credentialing timeframe
• EMR: Epic

Job Responsibilities
• Perform neonatal assessments and daily rounds
• Manage critically ill and premature infants
• Collaborate with on-staff Neonatologists
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds
• Provide family education and counseling
• Support stabilization and ongoing care of high-risk newborns
• Maintain compliance with hospital quality standards
• Accurate documentation in Epic EMR
Qualifications
• Successful completion of accredited NNP program – Required
• Active Michigan License – Required
• BLS – Required
• NRP – Required
• Ability to work 24-, 10-, and 8-hour shifts – Required
• Clean malpractice and license history – Required
• NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – Required
Working Hours
• Combination of 24-hour, 10-hour, and 8-hour shifts
• Full-time and part-time flexibility available
