Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join a collaborative, physician-led Neonatology team providing specialized inpatient care in a Level III NICU.

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join a collaborative, physician-led Neonatology team providing specialized inpatient care in a Level III NICU.
- Open to experienced providers and true new graduates (board eligible, no exemptions)
- Structured, team-based environment (not autonomous practice)

- 10-hour shifts

- Comprehensive inpatient neonatal care
- Daily rounds and ongoing management of critically ill and premature infants
- Neonatal assessments and stabilization of high-risk newborns
- Collaboration with Neonatologists on care planning
- Participation in multidisciplinary rounds
- Family education and counseling
- Epic EMR documentation
Education
- Successful completion of an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) program – Required
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible – Required
- No exemptions
- Must comply with hospital protocols and quality standards
- 3–4 month credentialing timeframe
