Neonatal Nurse Practitioner | Los Angeles, CA (90048)
Join a high-acuity NICU team in Los Angeles and make a meaningful impact from day one. We’re seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to provide advanced neonatal care in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
🗓 Schedule: 1 Day Shift (8am–4pm) + 2 Extended Night Shifts (4pm–8am)

Job Responsibilities
Provide advanced clinical care to neonatal patients in a NICU setting
Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evaluation of neonatal conditions
Collaborate closely with neonatologists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
Deliver care consistent with Nursing Standards of Practice and hospital care plans
Assess developmental milestones and tailor interventions appropriately
Identify safety concerns and implement measures to ensure a safe patient environment
Provide patient and family education in alignment with care plans
Participate in performance improvement initiatives and uphold professional standards of conduct
Required Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 1+ year experience as a Neonatology Nurse Practitioner (NNP), preferably in a NICU
Minimum of 3+ years nursing experience
Education & Licensure:
Master’s Degree in Nursing
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing
Current California RN License
Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) License (or eligible to obtain)
National Nurse Practitioner Certification
Current DEA License and Furnishing Number
Current BLS and PALS certification
