Location: Belleville, NJ
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing coverage needs
Schedule & Setting
- 12-hour shifts
- 7 days per week coverage model
- Shift Options:
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- No call required
Patient Volume
- Approximately 10–12 patients per shift
- Well-baby nursery average daily census: 5 patients
- Average deliveries: 5 per day
Clinical Responsibilities
- Cover well-baby nursery
- Attend all deliveries
- Neonatal resuscitation required
Practice Model
- Provider works independently
- Physician available on back-up call
Support Staff
- No additional support staff assigned
EMR
- EPIC
- Clinic and hospital utilize the same system
Requirements
- Experience in NICU or Special Care Nursery required
- Must be comfortable performing neonatal resuscitation
