Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) – Longview, TX
A well-established physician-led neonatal practice is seeking experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join a collaborative team providing high-quality care in a 21-bed Level III NICU located in Longview, Texas.
Position Highlights
• 24/7 in-house NNP coverage within a supportive, team-based clinical model
• Work closely with a group of Neonatologists who value communication, autonomy, and shared decision-making
• Modern NICU environment with strong interdisciplinary support
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in daily NICU patient rounds with the neonatology team
• Provide assistance to the newborn nursery as needed
• Attend high-risk deliveries with backup from a dedicated resuscitation team
• Perform advanced NICU procedures, including:
– Intubation
– Umbilical line placement (UAC/UVC)
– Chest tube or pigtail insertion
– Lumbar punctures
Compensation
• Salary Range: $120,000 – $190,000
