Ready to practice at the top of your license in one of the most scenic cities in the Southwest? A well-established, physician-led neonatology group is seeking experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join their team in a 16-bed Level III NICU in stunning Las Cruces, NM.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be a key provider in the NICU, responsible for:
• Daily rounding and ongoing management of NICU patients
• Attendance at high-risk deliveries, supported by a dedicated resuscitation team
• Performing essential NICU procedures, including:
– Intubation
– UAC/UVC placement
– Chest tube/pigtail insertion
– Lumbar puncture
Compensation & Benefits
