Your Role
You’ll play a key role in neonatal care, including:
• Daily rounds alongside the neonatology team
• Attendance at high-risk deliveries with resuscitation support readily available
• Execution of advanced NICU procedures such as:
– Intubation
– Umbilical line placement
– Chest tube/pigtail insertion
– Lumbar puncture

This is a position for NNPs who want autonomy, clinical challenge, and the support of a team that trusts their judgment.
