Multiple fill ASAP need
Avg ppd 10-15
26 Beds
Avg credentialing wait 90 days
NRP required
AR license required to apply
Shift times: 8a-8a, including weekends
Coverage Level III
Proficient in all critical care skills
some transport
delivery from attendance
26 beds- Newborn Nursery ADC 10-15
Patients per shift: 7-10 NICU, nursery varies
Please note that every bid MUST include the following information.
-Phone number
-Active License Number
-Active state DEA Number
-Email
-Address (provider must be 90+ miles from facility)
-DOB
PALS & NRP and must be through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
If your bid is accepted, you must submit the credentialing documents 7 days
after acceptance as this is a new start for CHS HBP.
Application runs the risk of cancellation if all onboarding documents are not uploaded within the 7-day
timeframe.
An active license is mandatory for every bid.
Only list the license number in the field, not an IMLC letter number.
Please pay attention to the date requested and do not add bids with an earlier date. Please include availability for start and shifts monthly you are looking to fill.
