Lone Star Neonatology is seeking Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join our thriving practice supporting seven Medical City NICUs across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Opportunity Highlights
- Scheduling is a rotation of:
- 24-hour in-house coverage (majority of shifts) with physician backup
- 9-hour shifts at facilities with 24-hour in-house physician coverage
- Top-of-license practice with opportunities to perform procedures such as PICC lines and intubations
- Collaborative, supportive culture across the neonatal team and broader care teams
- NICUs across Level II–IV, with strong MFM referral patterns
