Step into a high-acuity Level IV NICU and make a real difference! We’re seeking a Neonatal NP or PA for locum coverage starting January 1, 2026 in the Mountain West region.
Why this role is exciting:
12-hour shifts (days, nights, or 24-hour coverage), ~24 shifts/month
Manage challenging cases in a high-acuity Level IV NICU
Lead and supervise nurses, residents, fellows, and NNP students
Perform advanced procedures and write orders within your scope of practice (ECMO exposure helpful but not required)
Paid lunch included
Enjoy mountains, lakes, and outdoor adventures outside work
Requirements:
NCC-certified NP or Board Certified PA
Level IV NICU experience
