Seeking a Neonatal NP or PA for a Level IV NICU locum in the Mountain West region, starting January 1, 2026. This is a unique chance to grow your skills and lead a team while enjoying an incredible lifestyle.
Highlights:
12-hour shifts: mostly day, some nights or 24-hour coverage
Flexible schedule: weekdays, weekends, holidays (~24 shifts/month)
Lead and supervise nurses, residents, fellows, and NNP students
Manage 5–7 patients/day (day) and 18–20 patients/night

Requirements:
NCC-certified NP or Board Certified PA
