Job description Aequor is seeking a Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to become an integral part of our expert team of physicians and healthcare professionals in Florida, supporting some of South Florida’s leading neonatal facilities. Job Responsibilities

Deliver advanced, evidence-based care to neonates with a wide range of complex medical conditions.
Rotate between three hospitals within a 20–30-minute driving distance.
Provide coverage in: Level IV NICU: 10- or 12-hour day shifts, 12- or 16-hour night shifts. Level III NICUs: 24-hour shifts.
Participate in neonatal resuscitations, daily rounds, procedures, and family consultations.
Collaborate closely with neonatologists and other multidisciplinary care team members.
Maintain thorough documentation and comply with hospital protocols and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

Must be Board Certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP).
(Candidates certified as FNP, PNP, or other NP specialties cannot be considered.)
Active and unencumbered Florida APRN license or eligibility to obtain.
Prior experience in Level III or IV NICU strongly preferred.
Strong clinical acumen, adaptability, and the ability to manage high-acuity patients.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
