Job description Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) – Level III NICU
Saginaw, Michigan | Full-Time | New Grads Welcome

Position Overview:
Join a collaborative and growing Level III NICU team in Saginaw, MI, offering a supportive environment ideal for both experienced Neonatal NPs and motivated new graduates.
  • Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Setting: Inpatient – Level III NICU
  • Team Environment: Work alongside neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, and a multidisciplinary care team
  • Not Accepting Locums or Visa Candidates
Clinical Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive, hands-on care for neonates, including high-risk deliveries and advanced procedures
  • Collaborate with neonatologists in managing complex neonatal cases
  • Participate in patient care planning, family education, and clinical decision-making
  • Support a wide range of pediatric subspecialties: cardiology, surgery, neurology, and more
  • Engage in quality improvement and evidence-based initiatives
  • Access structured mentorship and professional development programs—ideal for new grads
Requirements:
  • Certification:
  • Must be NNP Board Certified (No FNP, PNP, or other NP credentials accepted)
Experience: 2+ years of NNP experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply Licensure: Must be eligible for or hold Michigan NP licensure
