- Variable shifts including 10 hour days M-TH, 8 hour shifts on weekends, and 1 NNP who covers 16-hour nights 4 days per week

- Practice consists of the 66-bed, state-of-the-art, Level-III NICU
- Services provided include: high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide and a brain cooling
