What You’ll Do:
- Provide family-centered, high-quality neonatal care in a Level-III NICU
- Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and hospital staff
- Manage care for high-risk, premature, or critically ill infants
- Support neonatal transports from regional hospitals
- Participate in a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Cover scheduled shifts and respond to emergent neonatal needs
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives
What You Need:
- Current NNP Board Certification (no FNP or PNP accepted)
- Minimum of 2 years’ neonatal intensive care experience
- Proficiency in neonatology care and protocols
- Ability to work flexible shift hours, including 24-hour shifts
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
