As an Advanced Practice Provider at Pioneer Medical Group, you'll play an essential role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered hospital medicine alongside a collaborative team of healthcare professionals.

โข Focus on Patient Care: Manage hospital admissions and discharges, with no procedures or codes required.
โข Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside experienced physicians, APPs, and interdisciplinary care teams who share your commitment to exceptional patient care.
โข Comprehensive Onboarding: Receive hands-on training with various team members to help you feel confident and prepared in your role.
โข Resources to Succeed: Access clinical training materials covering medications, diagnoses, and workflows to support your day-to-day practice.

Qualifications
โข Active Florida Licensure: Current Florida APRN or Physician Assistant license, as applicable.
โข Professional Certification: Current national certification appropriate to your APP role.
โข DEA Registration: Active DEA registration, as required for the position.
โข Clinical Experience: Hospital medicine, acute care, or related clinical experience preferred.
โข Team-Oriented Mindset: Strong communication skills and a commitment to working collaboratively with physicians, APPs, and interdisciplinary care teams.
โข Commitment to Excellence: A passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based, quality-centered patient care.
