Primary Care NP or PA

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Location: Florida

Schedule: Ongoing clinic coverage, 3 to 5 days per week, Monday through Friday

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Openings: 1

Position Overview

Provide one time disability evaluation exams for a veteran population

Perform head to toe physical assessments and evaluations

Document clinical findings and complete required reporting within the scheduled workday

No prescribing and no ongoing treatment

Clinical Scope

Typical patient volume approximately 2 to 6 veterans per day (pre scheduled)

May include musculoskeletal exams and range of motion testing

May include reviewing and interpreting screening tests such as EKGs, PFTs, or stress tests when applicable to the evaluation workflow

Required Qualifications

Active, unrestricted nurse practitioner license

Strong computer skills for in clinic documentation and report completion

Ability to work in a structured outpatient clinic setting

Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify
