Position Highlights
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with overweight, obesity, and related metabolic conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans including nutrition counseling, physical activity recommendations, and behavioral modification strategies.
- Prescribe and monitor evidence-based pharmacologic therapies for weight management.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative support for bariatric surgery patients.
- Coordinate referrals to internal specialists and allied health professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives.
