Our established, physician-led adult primary care practice serving the community for more than 20 years is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Operating within a collaborative, collegial environment alongside an experienced physician and two physician assistants, this independent practice pairs clinical autonomy with active physician mentorship and continuous case consultation. Supported by the robust national infrastructure of the Privia Health network, you will step into a loyal patient panel with a reputation built on generational trust and unhurried clinical care.
- Adult Medicine Focus & Longitudinal Care: Manage a broad spectrum of acute and chronic adult care (ages 18+) within dedicated appointment blocks of 30 to 60 minutes for comprehensive visits and 15 minutes for standard acute concerns.
- Collegial, High-Mentorship Culture: Benefit from an open, communal practice dynamic where daily collaboration, educational case discussions, and mutual clinical support are deeply ingrained.
