$120K–$150K
She Recruits is representing an SNF-based Nurse Practitioner opportunity focused on value-based care and reducing hospitalizations.
Facility
• 100 certified beds
• Emphasis on treating in place
• High-acuity population
Responsibilities
• Manage wounds, infections, injections, immunizations
• Provide therapeutic procedures
• Counsel patients
• Deliver respectful, high-quality care
Requirements
• NJ NP license
• SNF experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
• $115K–$150K base
• RVU bonus plan
• 4 weeks PTO
• 1 week CME + $1,500 allowance
• 401(k)
