We’re hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for a Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) role supporting hospital-based teams across multiple Orlando-area locations.
What You’ll Do:

Partner with physicians to improve clinical documentation quality

Analyze data to identify documentation gaps and improvement opportunities

Educate providers on best practices and compliance standards

Collaborate with CDI, coding, and revenue cycle teams

What You’ll Need:

Active Florida APRN or PA license
-
5+ years of clinical experience
- Strong inpatient/acute care background preferred
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $115,000 – $130,000

Eligible for 15% leadership bonus
