Trios Medical Group, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a compassionate, skilled Internal Medicine Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join our outpatient team at Trios Care Center at Vista Field. This new role is being created in response to growing demand for internal medicine services in the community.

Position Overview

  • Setting:
    • Joining IM physician in growing practice with full support staff
    • Primarily outpatient only in clinic setting
    • Shared call rotation with internal medicine physicians for after-hours coverage
  • Schedule: Full-time Monday through Friday: 8:00 am–5:00 pm
    • One weekday shift: 11:00 am–7:00 pm
  • EMR Systems: Athena (clinic) and Paragon (hospital) for seamless patient care continuity.
  • Daily patient load: approximately 20–22 patients/day

Candidate Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience in primary care or ICU settings
  • Prefer candidates with experience in geriatric medicine, diabetes management, or rheumatology

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $145,000
  • Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
  • Relocation Assistance: $15,000
  • Student Loan Repayment: $5,000/year
  • CME Allowance: $2,500/year
  • Paid Time Off: 30 days (including holidays)

Qualifications
