What You’ll Do

• Deliver comprehensive primary care in a post-acute care setting

• Manage both acute and chronic conditions

• Develop personalized treatment plans

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care

• Collaborate with physicians and other advanced practice providers

What We’re Looking For

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, PA)

• Active New Mexico license (DEA preferred, not required)

• Open to both new graduates and experienced clinicians

• Strong communication and patient-centered approach

Schedule & Structure

• Flexible full-time schedule (3.5–5 days per week)

• Daytime, Monday through Friday

• No overnight call

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive fee-for-service structure with uncapped productivity potential

• Estimated compensation: $85,000 – $105,000 annually
