Med Ninjas is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for long term locum coverage at a outpatient facility located in Greensboro, NC
The NP must be available for the complete coverage block from 12/14/2026 to 12/14/2027
This assignment includes outpatient clinic, onsite hospital coverage, HIV patient management and specialty infectious disease care, and no on call or weekend.
Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Infectious Disease Greensboro, NC
Shift: Monday - Thursday full day, Friday half day
Start Date: 12/14/2026
End Date: Ongoing
Position Details: Infectious Disease outpatient clinic
Patient Population: Adult
Setting: Outpatient
Responsibilities: Perform physical assessments, review medical histories and diagnostic results, provide effective treatment, conduct preventive health screenings, educate patients and families, maintain accurate patient records, perform office-based specialty care procedures, and manage HIV patients
Required Procedures: Office-based specialty care medical procedures
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: RNs, CMA and Physician
Days Per Month: 5 days per week
On-Call/Weekends: No call
Requirements
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in Infectious Disease
- Valid North Carolina NP License - Required
- BLS - Required
- DEA - Required
